Rise & Set Arugam Bay Hotel

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area just a short walk from the beach. The hotel provided excellent room service and even offered car hire and grocery shopping services. I loved the fact that they had a laundry service and airport shuttle available - it made my stay so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center where I treated myself to a rejuvenating massage. The beach access was a great bonus, and I enjoyed spending evenings watching the sunset from the stunning sun terrace. this place provided me with enhanced comfort and quality service that I truly appreciated.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We recently spent our New Year at a resort with an amazing view of both the Indian Ocean and a nearby lagoon. The extra comfortable beds and clean and spacious rooms made our stay very relaxing. The location was perfect - just a short walk away from the beach and surf point. We also enjoyed the child-friendly environment and the fact that the hotel was very safe.

That the hotel did not provide TV in both rooms as they had promised. Plus, we had a little trouble with the air conditioning in both rooms. However, the staff were exceptionally friendly and made up for it with their service. They really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing break with amazing views and high-quality amenities.

the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished with AC, hot water and TV. the staff's hospitality was commendable, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious, and the view of the river was picturesque. We also appreciated the proximity to the main tourist area.

The language barrier with the staff made communication a bit challenging.

Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel located near a beautiful lake. the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. the rooftop was a standout feature, offering amazing views of the surrounding area. the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Due to being rainy season, outdoor activities were limited and some areas of the hotel were affected by the weather which resulted in a few negative experiences. this was not the hotel's fault and should not reflect on the overall experience.
